Hobbies turned to Art.
Food was always something I am passionate about. I think I got it from my family: my dad, especially. He had this great appreciation for good food and I guess he passed that on to me. I can taste any meal or dish and know exactly what's missing or what is in it. I've only taken on cooking as a hobby quite recently in the last year or so. It's sort of become a comforting hobby that I like to indulge in every weekend or so. I have a very sensitive, exploratory palette and I'm not a picky eater and I would say these two talents combined together make a great chef and food critic- two professions which would have really suited me, actually!
